Unhappy "Last Saved" date in folder view

The column in Folder View shows "Date Last Saved" for documents when actually it's showing "Last Accessed" and not last saved. Is there a default setting we can change for "Date Last Saved [by user]" and not "Date Last Accessed" by user? Or is this a function of autosave that we are not able to bypass? When I'm searching for files last saved in 2013, I don't want to change that date until I actually save it again. This issue is why I jumped through the hoops to get to this forum. Thank you in advance! BarbaraRuth
