Using Autotext in Templates
Hi I have created a new template with autotext entries. I have also used the
Organizer tool to ensure that the autotext is moved from the normal.dot to my template. However when I send the template to another user, even though I can see the autotext entries in the template (via Organizer) the autotext entries do not work?? Is there a setting that I need to activate on the other users machine? |

Using Autotext in Templates
The recipient must place the template in his or her Startup folder (if the
AutoTexts should be globally available to all documents) or attach it to a particular document (to make the AutoTexts available to that particular document). See http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customizat...latesStore.htm and http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoText.htm. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "RAYCV" wrote in message ...
