Default Entries in Drop-Down-Lists (content control)

Hi,

I am just creating a template for an fax, that will be sent with almost the
same
contents on a regular basis. Part of that template is the customer name and
fax-no (but in different places on the fax).
Therefore I decided to use the drop-down-list.
When I entered the details for those fields, the pop-up window displays two
fields, ie. "Display Name" and "Value". Naturally I assumed, that was a
possibility to have entries "labeled" in the hope that I could use the
company's name for the selection, but the fax-no (in the field "Value") would
be entered in the template.

How can I use those two fields (i.e. "Display Name" and "Value").
If I can't use them the way wanted, what are they for ?

Thanks.
