How do I unlock the 'snap to grid' for pictures, text boxes, etc.
I have a couple of logo's that I need to set side by side, and one is just a
hair above the other when set next to each other. I want them to be exactly the same level, top and bottom. I want them to be identically the same shape and size, and to line up exactly equal next to each other. But no matter how much I 'nudge' up or down, or how much I try to 'resize' one to match the other, they each have a slightly different spot that each wants to 'snap to grid'. I think I've unlocked the 'snap to grid' in the past, but I can't for the life of me remember how. And I can't seem to find anywhere that shows me how. Any ideas?? |

You can override the grid by pressing Alt while dragging, but it sounds to
me as if you might have better luck if you insert the logos In Line With Text, either in an ordinary text paragraph or in a table. -- Suzanne S.
