Default How do I turn off the Template Help on opening documents?

Recently did my resume on a Template. Each time I open the resume the
Template Help appears. Since I am sending the resume out electronically I
would like just the resume and not the Template to pop up for the recipient.

You should not create your résumé as a template. Instead, create a new
document based on that template and save it as a document.
