Default Files onto toolbar

Hi, does anyone know if you can put an individual file onto the toolbar for
ease of access, for example I use excel sheets quite alot, and instead of
having them all open at the same time, just wondered if there was any way
around it.
Thanks,
Helen.

If this is Word 2003 or earlier, have you tried using the Work Menu? See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/WorkMenu.htm. I'm not sure how this would
work with Excel sheets, though.

This isn't exactly what you asked for, however, it is somewhat similar. If
you go to Open, click once the folder which contains the document you
frequently use, then Tools, and select Add to "My Paces". This places the
folder on the left hand side of the open box. But remember, it places the
folder there, not the document.

If your question is actually about Excel and not Word, then you'd be better
advised to ask in an Excel newsgroup rather than here.
