double sided printing - even page numbers missing
Apologies if this repeats, I tried to post earlier but not convinced in worked.
I have a large (ish) doc where chapters are divided with Odd page section breaks. Headers and footers are indentical throughout doc and inlcude page number in footer. When doc is printed the even pages opposite new chapter is completely blank. The page numbering appears consistent and correct, ie even numbers omitted, but I would like header and footer to appear on the blank page so that the "missing" even pages numbers appear and it is therefore obvious that there are no missing pages in the hard copy. Any suggestions? -- Martin McLaughlin |
