Linking Using Icons
I want to insert icons into a Word 2003 document that will link to a
pictures. I want to do this so when they print, the icons print and not the entire picture. No matter what I try, the Word doc increases to 9 mb in size even though the pic and doc are only approx. 400 kb. Why is the document increasing in size to 9 mb.? Can this be avoided? Thank you. |

Create 2 graphics. One very small one, and one normal size. Insert the small
one in the doc, and then select it and hit Insert--Hyperlink and choose the large one. When you resize a graphic, Word tends to save both the large one AND the small in the doc. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "MAB" wrote in message ...
