Somehow I'm missing the menu in Word. I have the standard and formatting
toolbars but no menu. Several other people use the system, and I have no idea
how it came to be this way. How do I get the menu back?

Right Click on one of the toolbars. Select Customize from the menu. Then
select the Toolbars tab. The menu is actually a toolbar which you can place
a checkmark in to get it to re-appear. If it also appears to be missing
menu's, then with it selected you can Reset it back to it's original
settings.
