Creating fillable forms in Word
In previous versions of Word (prior to 2007), used to be able to create forms
- text fields, etc. - and then "lock" the form - so that users could only fill in the form but not change any static, permanent text. Is there still a "lock" feature in 2007? Not a "protected" form. - I've found that when "form protection" is used, users cannot use Spell Check, users cannot delete one word or one character - they're forced to delete the whole paragraph and start typing all over again. I just want a simple form, with fillable fields that can be manipulated more easily by the end-users. |
