Default link format of header to another section

Hi. I know this is a long shot, but I would like to know if there is a way of
linking the format of section 3's header with section 1's. The problem that I
have is that section 2 is landscape and section 1 and 3 are portrait. Any
ideas?

No, the Same As Previous linkage works only between adjacent sections.
You'll have to manually copy the Section 1 header and paste it into Section
3's header.

The article http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...apeSection.htm may
help you to see what to do.

Hi Jay
Thanks for the reply. It would be great to have this feature on future Word
releases - I have many documents that mix landscape and portrait pages with
headers.
