Default deleting multiple pages including all formatting

Generally speaking, you delete pages by deleting the text and any
objects (frames, text boxes, graphics, etc.) it contains.

You would also delete any manual page breaks or section breaks. This
is most easily done in Normal view.

For a calendar, you can select and then delete the table rows,
columns,
etc. that you don't need.
