Default How to switch off/on auto-drawing a line with "___"?

I accidentally switched off the auto-lining which works by just typing a few
underlines (_____) in a new line and hitting [ENTER]. How can I switch this
feature back on? I looked through a lot of menus but could not find anything.

Perhaps you're referring to the Automatic Borders at Tools | AutoCorrect
Options | AutoFormat As You Type?
