Hello-
First, for any future postings, please use the "Message" field rather than typing even a short question in the "Subject" line. Second, Fonts are handled by the Windows OS. AFAIK there is no provision within Word to print fonts in the manner you mention. You can navigate to the Fonts folder on you computer and select & print any and all fonts from there. It may, however, give you more than you want. If you decide to do this, double-click one of the font icons to see what I mean. Then click the Print button in the font display window. From there on you can just rt-click an icon & choose Print from the shortcut menu. Other than that you will need font management software or a utility that enables a more selective printout. That depends on what you mean by "use." If you mean "in use in a document,"
then, no, without a macro, there's no way to do that. If you want to print a sample of every installed font, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...eGenerator.htm -- Suzanne S.
