Default Header only to appear if there are multiple pages

My English teacher, following MLA strictly his way, says that he only wants
there to be a header if my document has more than one page in it. If it does
have multiple pages, then there should be a header on all pages, INCLUDING
the first page. Is there any way to auto set this on the Normal Template? I
use Word 2007.
