Default Unable to view entire document in Print Preview. Help.

I have been unable to see my enitre document (4 pages) in Print Preview
whether in NORMAL View or PRINT LAYOUT View. I have been unable to detect
why I am unable to see the entire document.

And, the document only prints the 1st page in whichever view I am in.

Any suggestions??

1. Go to Format | Columns and select the box for One (even if 1 column is
already selected). That alone may solve the problem.

2. If that doesn't help, check to make sure that the text is not in a text
box or floating table extending below the bottom margin. If this is the
case, you'll be able to see the entire document in Normal view but not in
Print Layout or Print Preview.
