Does the Excel function COUNTA work in Word?
I'm trying to count the number of cells with any text in a column of a table.
I could use the COUNTA function in Excel. If COUNTA does not work in Word (does not appear to), are there any workarounds to do this? |

Mathematics, within Word, is quite restricted. You could perform the calculations in Excel and copy the table into Word. The Formulas and Functions would not copy across but the values would.
