Default Printing envelopes out of range

I print about 425 envelopes twice a year on my HP 895Cxi using Word's mail
merge function. I also have a return address with a logo that is printed on
every envelope. I am using # 10 envelopes. I have MS Word 2002 SP3.
When the merge is done, and I go to print, I get the error message "the
margins of section 1 are outside of the printable area of the page. Do you
want to print anyway?" When I say yes, the envelopes are printed fine.
Is there some way to find the problem and correct it without losing
everything?
Should you need any additional information, I will do my best to get it
posted.

Default Printing envelopes out of range

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your reply. I get the file from the secretary of the
orginization I belong to, so It starts out as a membership list with
addresses. It is then saved as a "catalogue" and then the mail merge process
is started, with a templete for the envelopes.
I will try your suggestions to see if they indeed do work with the way the
file is given to me for printing. There was an alternative way to print the
envelopes by using a full sheet of paper and modifying the margins, but I
think that will create a fault somewhere and a bigger mess.
It will be a few months before I do a printing again, but I will reply to
you in this forum if you like on how I make out in the next week.
Thank you for your assistance.

Open the merge document - fix the margins from page setup then run the
merge.
