Default How do I change the default page orientation in Word?

I have somehow changed the page orientation in Word so that it always opens
with a landscape document. How do I change it back to portrait please!!!

File--Page setup, Paper Size tab (or Margins tab---this is why it's
important to give your version!), and change to Portrait, and hit DEFAULT
button.
