Default How to alphabetize contents of folder in Word?

The contents of my main folder in Word is no longer in alphabetical order & I
need it to be!

Click the column header. And again, if the contents are in reverse order.

Default How to alphabetize contents of folder in Word?

Right-click in the list of files, while point to some white space not a file
name, and select ARANGE ICONS and state your preference.
