Default Navigating Form Fields in Protected and Unprotected Sections

In unprotected document, pressing F11 or Shift+F11 quickly moves cursor to
next field or previous field.
Text form fields exist in both Protected and Unprotection sections in one
document. Pressing F11 or Shift+F11 no longer moves to next or previous
field in unprotected sections. How do you quickly move to form fields in
unprotected sections?

Default Navigating Form Fields in Protected and Unprotected Sections

There are many things you cannot do in a protected document. As you have
noticed, using F11 or Shift+F11 is one of those things.

What is the purpose of having form fields in unprotected sections?

We have system information filling into unprotected area, so can not protect
that section and then form fields that need to answered in that unprotected
section. Protected section is for calculations.

So, there's no way to quickly move to form fields in unprotected sections?

I'm thinking of having user review information filling in from the system,
making any changes, then having macrobutton to quickly protect and then user
can complete the form fields.

I'm sure you could use a macro to move between the form fields, but you may
want to ask about that in a programming newsgroup such as
microsoft.public.word.vba.general. My knowledge on VBA is limited.
