Default FINDING changes after Compare

I have a HUUUUUUUUUUGE document that has one or two TINY changes buried
within it, as compared to its original.

Is there a way, once running "Compare", to FIND the changes? Other than
scrolling up and down looking for the sidebar???!?!???

Thanks...
