How do I Create a legal pleading lines to an existing document
View | Header and Footer. Display the Drawing toolbar and click on the line
tool. Draw a vertical line, which will be anchored to the header and hence will repeat on every page. Alternatively, in recent versions of Word, you may be able to use a page border (on the left side only). You'll need to set the distance "From text" rather than "From edge of page" in the Options. -- Suzanne S.
