Text in table gridline not displaying properly
Jay, that worked! Thank you for your help and quick response.

Now, in one gridline, I am trying to type 4-letter text, but the letters go one on top of each other instead of side by side. Wrap is not on and there appears to be plenty of space to type 4 characters. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The usual situation that causes this symptom is that the paragraph inside the table cell has left and/or right indents that squeeze the text space down to nothing. Right-click the pile of letters and choose Paragraph. In the dialog, if the left and right indents aren't zero, set them to zero. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. . |
