Default password in a document

I have a document which is password protected. Is there anyway I can break

You can at your own risk find password cracking tools on the web, which are
not as effective with complex passwords as their writers suggest. Be
prepared for many hours (or days) of processing. There's an example linked
from the favourites page of my web site
