Default "A simple template for a newspaper"

We're developing an elementary school newspaper and would like a simple
template adults can learn and teach to children. I'd like to use a free
product or learn how to use a Microsoft Office product that's already on my
system to produce the paper, which will include digital photos and text.

Check out the Microsoft templates page and search for "school

your needs.
