Default how do I generate a hyperlinked index in Word?

It's pretty obvious how to generate a hyperlinked TOC in Word - but how can
this be done for the index?

I already have the entries marked, and a nice print-format index generated.
Now I'd like to make a web-layout-friendly index...

Thanks

Eric

Word does not support hyperlinked indexes, unfortunately. What you can do is
google for third-party software.
