Changing the name against previously tracked changes??
We had a situation where the wrong username was in place for some Word users. They have made changes to documents which have been attributed to non-existent or wrong staff. IS there a way to change this reference in a document quickly?????? |

Alt+Shift+F11 to open the Script Editor
Find and Replace the User Name Quit the Script Editor - save the document if you want but it isn't necessary at this point. -- Enjoy, Tony "Aaron Elliott" wrote in message ...
