Mark index entry - what are the "header" fields for?
In the "Mark index entry" dialog, there is a field for "header" for both the
main entry and sub-entry. What are these for? |

Mark index entry - what are the "header" fields for?
I'm not seeing this in Word 2003 or 2007. What version of Word are you
