Why can I only have one word document open at a time?
If I have a word document open and try to open another word document, the first
one is automatically closed. The same thing happens with Excel spreadsheets. What settings do I have to change to correct this? |

Are you sure you're not just failing to see the other documents because you
don't have "Windows in Taskbar" checked on the View tab of Tools | Options? If you minimize the open document, do you see another one behind it? -- Suzanne S.
