Hi ?B?QkJlcm5oYXJkdA==?=,
Is is possible to use an external reference for a drop down box in word? I have several forms that use scientist names and do not want to change all the forms when a new scientist joins the team. Only by using macros. An alternative could be to store the names as AutoText entries in the forms' template(s). Format the entries with a particular style name so that they'll be style-specific and use an AutoTextList field.
