How do I view photos in a document
I have placed photos in my Word document, but I cannot see them in "Normal"
view. How do I change that? -- Bob |

If you can't see them in Normal view then (a) you have "Picture
placeholders" checked on the View tab of Tools | Options or (b) they have a wrapping style other than In Line With Text. Only inline graphics can be seen in Normal view. -- Suzanne S. Either change them to "in line with text" by using the Text Wrapping button on the Picture toolbar (which limits the places you can position them), or work in Print Layout view. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org |
