keep date from changing on a document
when i re open a letter that been created a month ago, the current date is
now displayed on the letter instead of the date it was created. how do i keep it the created date? |

The date was inserted as a date field rather than plain text. Press Alt+F9
to display the field code and change DATE or TIME to CREATEDATE. Then Alt+F9 to toggle back and F9 to update the field. -- Suzanne S.
