Default TOC w/ title page

The TOC will reflect the numbers on the pages; for that, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...rontMatter.htm

To omit the Title style, remove the 1 beside it in the Table of Contents
Options dialog.

This is very difficult to find an answer for and I would think it is a
very
common question...

In word 2008 how do you make a TOC that omits the title page, lists the
TOC
as roman numerals and the first page of actual content as page #1. I have
done it before and can't remember how I did it.
