Default After doing a File Search in Word 2003, how do I get a preview?

In Office 2000, The File Search tool in Word included a preview pane, where I
could flip through the found documents to select the one I want. I cannot
find this capability in Word in Office 2003. Can anyone tell me how to open
the preview pane or suggest an efficient workaround?
