letter layout to have address show in the window of an #10 envelop
How do I layout a letter so the address on the letter will show in the window
of a #10 envelope? Is it possible to do this and have merge with my address book. Thanks! |

Take a sample envelope. If the window has plastic in it, remove it. Fold a
sheet of paper the way you will fold your inserted letter. Place it in the envelope and draw around the window outline. Measure the position of this window with a ruler. Now, in your Word document, use paragraph formatting or a text box, frame, or table cell to position the inside address as needed. If you use merge fields in place of the typed address, you can use this as a mail merge main document. -- Suzanne S.
