how do i add the character 1 or 2 etc. in the style where it is smaller and to the top right of the text like when you use a number to the power of something -- joemoran7 |

What you are talking about is a superscript. Format | Font | Superscript
will do it, or the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Shift+=. -- Suzanne S.
