How do you print the Original Showing Markup?
I'm making changes to a document, and as part of my document control system I
need to have a redlined copy of the original document. I can see what I want by setting the reviewing display to "Original Showing Markup", but when I try to print this out Word won't do it. Rather than printing what's being displayed, it reverts to some *******ized version of Final Showing Markup - and any paragraphs I deleted don't appear with red lines through them. I really need to show those deleted paragraphs when printing. Can anyone help me figure out how to print the Original Showing Markup? I'm using Word 2003... Thanks! -Nick |

How do you print the Original Showing Markup?
Yeah, that doesn't do it - that shows the final version. The only changes
that appear are changes made in paragraphs, such as removing a few words or adding a few words. Any paragraphs (specifically, paragraphs that were numbered), if completely deleted, dissappear. The "Document showing markup" printout has no note or evidence that they were even there in the first place.
