Default How do I get my hyperlinks in my document to show the link word

I have a document with several hyperlinks to different files within an
intranet, however when you open the document the hyperlinks are displayed
with the path names rather than the linked word. When it prints it prints
with the word rather than the entire hyperlink path, but it doesn't display
that way. I have to highlight every single hyperlink path and select it in
order for it to go back to just the highlighted word. And every time I save
it, when I reopen it it is back to the hyperlink path.
