Default Page setup has gone from the File menu in Word

The option "Page Setup" is not available in the File dropdown menu in Word.
Is there any reason this should go missing?

Reason as explanation or reason as logic? Are you sure it's not just hidden
because you haven't used it for a while. (Keep the menu open until the
dormant options appear. Failing that, if it really is gone (can happen),
right click any toolbar, select customize, right-click the File menu, select
Reset.
