File Insertion Issues
Having difficulties with the dimensions of excel spreadsheets. I have tried
inserting as a file, object, etc. with hyperlinks to text already in the document. Spreadsheets are extending beyond a single page and other issues make the appearance less than aesthetic. Is there anyway to embed the files so that they do not appear on any page and only launches when called upon ( preferrably via hyperlink within the document) I do not want to email this document with excel attachements. Working with Office 2003. I understand that XML might offer some benefits but I have no expertise. Looking for options |

File Insertion Issues
You can insert the Excel file as an object, and click the "Display as icon"
option. To see the spreadsheet, users will have to double-click the icon. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Maurice" wrote in message ...
