First click the Office button, choose Word Options at the bottom, and check the box for "Show the Developer tab on the Ribbon." On the Developer tab, in the Controls group, click the Legacy Controls button. You'll find the former Forms toolbar there, along with the ActiveX controls that used to be on the Control Toolbox. The Protect Document button is at or near the right end of the Developer tab. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
