Default Using Windows 2003 menues

Hello,
I have users that are having difficulty adapting to the Windows 2007 menues.
Is there any way to show the Windows 2003 menues in Windows 2007?
Thank you

I assume you mean Office 2003 menus. There are several add-ins available. I
don't know if any of them are free.

Keep in mind that Office 2010 adds even more ribbons. So eventually your
users will have to make the change or switch to another office packet.

You can find a ribbon alternative at
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Ribbon_Menu_Controls.htm (link is just below the
last image).
