Default Multilevel Lists in Word 2007

I created 3 headings styles based on texts that had been formatted using
multilevel list numbering. I used the Hindi numerals to format the numbered
headings. However, when I try to create a TOC, it displays some headings with
Arabic numerals and others with Hindi numerals. Note: I use Word 2007.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Thanks in advance
