Default How do i get all capital letter with the first one being bigger?

Hi,
I want to write a title all in capital letters with the first capital letter
of each word being slightly bigger than the other, but not looking like a
drop cap?

Is there a function to do this, or is it done by changing font?

Notwithstanding that caps are notoriously difficult to read, you need to
apply the small caps font attribute.

Use small caps formatting, available in the Font dialog box.
