Default In Word 2007, Find does not find anything.

I've tried even copying text into the find box and it still will not find
anything in my document.

I have secretaries who reuse docs and need to find and replace items, but it
is not finding any matches.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is this happening for ALL Word 2007 installations?

What happens if you start Word in safe mode? (press Ctrl as Word is loading,
then click Yes to starting in safe mode).

(Make sure that "Use wildcards" is not checked.)
