Default can I create a reply slip in Word?

i.e. dotted line with pair of scissors to show the reader where to cut it off
to send it back.....

yes, use dotted lines in font, underline

Default can I create a reply slip in Word?

I found a pair of scissors in Symbols. It is under the Wingdings font
choice. Insert it before the dotted underline.
