A3 page size doesn't appear in my drop down menu. Where is it? as I want to
insert an A3 document in my report.

The selection of paper sizes is provided by the printer driver. Is your
printer capable of printing A3?

Well, select printerdrop down menu for NAME: choose Microsoft XPS Document
Writerok. This will then bring up the option hope this helped
