In Word, choose Tools | Envelopes and Labels (in Word 2002/2003, it will be
Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels). On the Labels tab, click Options... In the Label Options dialog, select the radio button for "Dot matrix." Indeed, there is no listing for APLI in the "Label products" list. A number of APLI laser/inkjet labels are listed. If your labels are sheets rather than continuous form, select the appropriate laser/inkjet label definition and print in your dot matrix printer using friction rather than tractor feed. -- Suzanne S.
