Default when i go to print a save screen comes up

my wife is a secondary account on windows xp when she uses WORD and tries to
print it automatically goes to a screen where it asks to save the document
and even when you save it and try to print again the save screen comes up
every time HELP

What is she using to Print? The print icon? Ctrl+P? File--Print? Does it
happen for ALL of these? She may only need to reset her toolbars. See
"Restore any Toolbar" at the bottom of this page:

While logged on with the wife's account, click on Start | Control
Panel | Printers. Which printer is selected as the default
printer? If it isn't the printer you really want to print to,
then right-click on the one you do want to print to and
left-click on "Set as Default".,
